Carriers hand software their loads, their rates, their drivers and their money. This page says plainly what we do with that, what we refuse to touch, and what we have not earned yet.
This website
The access form collects three things: your name, your work email and your company. It is stored in our hosting provider’s form inbox and sent to our contact email so we can respond. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no session recording on this site.
If delivery fails, the form tells you so and offers to open an email draft instead. It will not report success for a request that did not arrive.
Your operating data is yours
Loads, rates, customers, drivers and equipment belong to the carrier who put them there. We do not resell that data. We do not pool it into a market-intelligence product that somebody else buys. No broker sees what you are running, what you are paying, or who you are hauling for.
Where the platform reaches a load board, it goes through your own account, and what comes back is not redistributed.
The market read is built from public sources — federal trade, transport and inspection data — and from patterns broad enough that they cannot be traced back to any one carrier.
Nothing consequential runs without a person
Analysis is automated. Acting on it is not. Anything with a real-world consequence waits for a named person to approve it, and that is enforced in how the system is built rather than promised as a policy.
Every action — a person's, the system's, or a connected service's — is recorded with who did it and when, on an append-only audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted after the fact.
What we deliberately do not collect
The platform is not designed to hold DOT and FMCSA-regulated driver records. That means no Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse records, no PSP reports, no medical certificates or medical records, and no driver qualification files pulled in as part of security or analytics processing.
Also prohibited: biometric identifiers, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers and government account credentials. These are excluded at the point data is written, not scrubbed afterwards.
The reason is simple. Those records carry their own legal handling and retention duties, and holding them would make your compliance problem ours and ours yours.
Where it lives, and who can reach it
Data is stored in the United States. The platform is offered for operations in the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec.
Access to identifiable customer data is not ambient for staff. It is granted for a stated purpose, is time-bound, and generates a permanent record of who looked at what and why. Being an administrator is not sufficient on its own.
Each customer's data is separated from every other customer's. Support access follows the same purpose-limited, recorded path as anything else.
What we do not claim
Inteleri is pre-launch. We are not claiming SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any third-party attestation, because we do not have one. The architecture is built along those lines, and when that changes this page will say so with a date on it.
We would rather you find that here than discover it during a security review.
Reporting a problem
If you find a security issue, email security@inteleri.com and we will respond. Good-faith research is welcome and we will not pursue anyone who reports something responsibly and does not access or destroy other people's data while doing it.
